You will join one of our feature teams and work closely with its members as a Senior Tech Lead Manager to support and participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our features. You will ensure all the collaborators of the team are aligned with the team goals and Happydemics global vision.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable services, ensuring high performance and availability.
Follow the team DORA metrics and drive the members, processes and tools to maintain a fast-paced environment that allows Happydemics to bring value to ours clients at a safe and regular pace.
Share the global vision and strategy with the team members to make sure everyone is onboard and working in the right direction.
Follow your team-members on a daily-basis to ensure everyone have everything they need and help them succeed at Happydemics.
Drive the SCRUM and tech processes/meetings to maintain a friction-less environment that allows everyone to deliver features and updates in a fast, safe and consistent manner.
Collaborate with the members from other squads to handle properly cross-squads developments and maintain a good level of collaboration.
In collaboration with the Product Manager of the team, be in charge of the delivery of the team, on a sprint-basis, and with a quarterly vision.
